How do I make changes to my Core-ID Profile?
Making Changes to Your Core-ID Profile
Overview
Your profile is shared across all ZOO systems. This means any changes to your Core-ID account, such as updating your name, email or profile picture will be reflected on every Core-ID managed site you access.
Your Core-ID Profile consists of the following details:
- Email address
- Full name
- Salutation
- Job title
- Time zone offset
- Avatar (max size 10MB)
You can view / update your Core-ID profile in one of two ways:
Option 1
Log into Core-ID with your username, password and Log in Verification method.
Select Profile from the side bar and edit the details you wish to change.
Option 2
Click Edit Profile in the header of the site you are using:
Your current profile details will be shown:
Select Edit these details on Core-ID.
You will be taken to Core-ID:
Select Profile from the side bar and edit your details as required.
