How to update your contact or payment information


If you need to notify ZOO of a change to your contact and/or payment details, please send a new message to the finance team from the Inbox.

You will be required to complete the details online in Echo. You will receive an email request for the information that includes a link to the Financial Details tab where you can provide the information.
