Why can I not see the Financial Details Tab?
The Financial Details Tab
The Financial Details tab is part of your user profile. The information within there will be populated as part of your onboarding process.
If you or your agency joined with ZOO prior to the end of September 2018, you will have provided the information through ZAPS and will not see the tab unless ZOO specifically asked you for new or updated details.
If you work directly for an agency and they deal with the invoicing for your work, you will not see the tab
